NEW YORK (July 25) -- Two middle-school students in Oregon are facing possible time in a juvenile jail and could have to register as sex offenders for smacking girls on the rear end at school.

well, someone posted the police report in the comments section of the article, & one of the kids was grabbing boobs too...which is really out of line, IMO...but this is something that should've been handled by the school & the parents, not by the police.
...either that, or one of the girls (or one of the girls big brothers) should've punched the obnoxious little sh*t & told him if he ever does it again...yeah, well...anyway...this didn't need to go to the police.
Back before the days of everything being all nicey-nice & PC if the girls were really as upset by this as they claim, this little situation would've been handled privately & it would've stopped...but whatever.
Have we all lost our minds??????????????? 13 year old boys have NEVER had any common sense. But to label them in the same way that child molesters and rapists are labeled is simply insane....and belittles the true sex offender's crimes.
Check out the dad in the pic...he looks like he could have slapped some fannies and grabbed some boobs in his day, too!
