Don't take your boys to hooters. What does it teach them? Having half naked women SERVING them. It is inappropriate and sends young children the wrong message about the how women and men relate to one another. I actually did some observations at a hooters for a class and there was a man with his three sons there (8, 5, 4). The waitress flirted with all of them! Made each of them answer whether they liked blondes or burnetts and then asked to kiss the 8 year old boy!!! It was obscene. I would highly suggest that this place is not appropriate for children.

Ummmm, being this thread was started back in July 2007, it's a bit late for suggestions to the OP. I'm sure by now, his boys have been to a Hooters.

And given the age of the boy at the time, he probably has his own pair to play with now .

I know the thread is old, but the Professor does have a valid point.

Shoe-on-the-other-foot time:

Parents, would you allow a 18-20 year old (non-related) MALE to flirt with/kiss your 8-10 year old daughter???

Why or why not?

I think it depends on what she means by flirt too....calling a little girl or boy honey or sweetie is not flirting, but some people on cd would view it as such i'm sure.

Obviously those people have never lived in the South!

It's not uncommon to be called "honey" or "sugar" or "sweetie" in a restaurant in the southern states no matter what your age or gender. I find it kind of endearing actually.

I've been in two Hooters where the girls wore full T's. No cleavage shown. If Hooter's girls are half naked then the girls at swim meets are 7/8 naked.
