It is so hard because I woke up extremely stressed this morning. I never had an ammnio done and I am scared of the pain or the possiblity of a 'miscarriage' although rare.

Smooches!

Smooches back atcha!

I had two amnios done (same day, two babies) with Manchild and Young Miss Aconite. It wasn't fun, but it didn't really hurt. I suggest having whoever is with you talk to you about something that requires your attention to follow, so you don't notice so much. No funny stories, though; you don't want to giggle as they're doing it.

So with multiples, what they do is inject a blue dye into the fluid so they can tell which sac is which (so they don't accidentally test the same one twice). We joked that Manchild was lying back that afternoon going "duuuude, look at the pretty color...." We were half expecting bad news from YMA's amnio due to some other things going on, so I can sympathize with the wait for results. It's no fun. (((X family)))

Some people are just snakes that need poking. And if there is a hell, it'll be my affinity for sticks that gets me there.

Yes, and then you'll know far more about Aeropostale's and Hollister's fall lines than you ever thought possible.

I'm guessing that someone is just "visiting" here from another forum. One that tends to draw extremists and pot stirrers. Are things getting slow over there?

Thinking of you today, Mrs. X. I hope all goes well and you don't have to wait too long for your results.

Hola all.

Special thoughts for Ewag and Mrs. X today.

What I must answer today: Why are ants crawling out of my computer keyboard? This cannot be good.

Aw, thanks Dew! How are you feeling?

And hmmm...isn't that one of the signs of the apocalypse, right after raining toads?

I think most of us love the sticks. That's why we all get along so well. lol. We all have a more laid back attitude, so it is easier to find ways of poking with sticks.

Mrs X: Sending good vibes your way.
