Ugh. That is not a fun stage. Can someone please tell me when that stage ends? My 7 year old still knows it all. I am thinking I have another 20 years to go.

I am enjoying a nice glass of wine right now too.

Oh, they know it all untill they are 39 or a parent--which ever comes first. Gallons of wine needed.

If it's for the 4.5 year old: WARNING! Do NOT start a thread on your parenting techniques.

(Hang in there. )

lol.. like I SHARE my wine?! lol

Definitely not for the 4.5yr old. He is a great kid, just these past few days has been trying our patience a little more than usual. My sister told me not to worry that these days will seem like nothing in a couple years. Can hardly wait

I don't know if you saw the BC effectiveness chart I posted before Julia deleted it, but it is right there in black and white. In actual usage, the shot is more effective than the pill. Maybe not for YOU, but this isn't about YOU. It is about a teenager, and we're back to the very real concern that a teen won't take a pill every day.
Oh i agree there, i know 2 girls now preggo because of sloppy pill use.

I was talking to my grandmother about a friend who threatened to "ruin" what I have with TG by telling him what a horrible person I was and yadda yadda nonsense that's not true. I told her there are two things that I will not allow to be messed with by anyone, my career and my relationships. I told her anyone who does so will "get an ass beating" and she told me that wasn't lady like to say... I replied "Its not suppose to be." No one is afraid of "lady like".

Yeah i replied to that by saying "What makes you think i'm a lady?". She was not amused with my response either. I love my nana, however my grandmother and i *different grandmothers*, do not get along at all. She is one of those women from an era that believes women stay home, get married young, defer to men, and does not comprehend the working woman. I'm not a docile girl to say the least, and her and i have gotten into some epic arguments.
