Soy doesn't agree with me either. It messes with my horomones and I have trouble digesting it. I try to avoid it as much as possible with the exception of soy sauce. I am one of those weirdos who likes tofu so it's kind of a bummer. Hidden soy really is in everything.
I think she means that if you don't eat a lot of processed food, you don't notice that it's in a lot of stuff.
