That sounds like a very appropriate response by the school district. I hope the boys learn from this.

Well here's an update, the fundraiser ends tonight, she should get her money soon though, I think indiegogo, the fundraising site, will take 4% handling fee ... uh, okay. What does handling fee entail exactly? It'll cost 28,000.00 to give her the money? Can someone please explain, I don't get it.

My guess is that's the credit card processing fee. There were probably a lot of very small donations which would drive the processing fee up.

I didn't think about that, that makes sense.

Men and woman who have no authority in the work place or in the world in general--Will come home and take it out on the family- They will try to be the big boss- kids subjected to this type of insecure and timid person can become the objects of domestic bullying- In my life- I never bullied my kids or wife- on the rare occasion that I did- It proved to be regretful and counter productive...It removes trust from family life.

Kids who get bullied at home - will be little barbarians out side the house- The learn that force is power- when it is not..I heard my younger brother bullying his teenage son for showering to long..He went on and on like a nut-- I don't enjoy staying at his home or visiting...He constantly looks for any weakness and utilizes it to enrich his ego...He's a jerk- If you are a jerk of a parent- you are going have kids that are jerks..

Set a good example by being a thing called BRAVE...power up- have dignity and stop cowering under those who want to assume unwarranted authority over your life- You have freedom- use it!
