I agree. Some parents don't allow their kid's to live at all. He should get the father of the year award imo. Oh and parents texting or talking on the phone while driving with their kid in the car should have a punishment of 30 days in jail. Yes, I hate cell phones and I hate people who have to talk on them while they drive.
Read my post. I said "OR".

I did nto build my son a cool thrill ride. So what did he do? He and his friends made a thrill ride by building a little ramp and jumping his little brothers bike into the pool from the deck. (I know because the dummy then put it in U Tube, so he could get grounded).

Which is safer? The engineered roller coaster or the self made try to drown ourself and put holes in the pool liner ride?

Kids will seek thrills. Providing them allows us to control the consequences.

(Of course my son probably would have rebuilt the roller coaster to make it shoot off the tracks and into the pool, but maybe not if the coaster wa thrilling enough.)(

LOL I love how it's the women that when they see something awesome they are all "oh noes, safety!!!" while the guys are just "that's awesome, and perfect for a kid!!!"

You do realize if it were not for men being able to take so many risks we'd still be living in Antiquity, right?

You seriously bumped a three year old topic to spit out that gem? You do realize that men were not alone in that stuff, right?
