Ummm, pretty much did that in the link I posted. When you think of "kissing" you are probably imagining making out. I bet it was a quick kiss on the cheek or lips followed by a whole lot of giggling.

The link suggests that it is. It's not everyday behavior because it is usually discouraged by parents; but it's certainly very normal behavior in the absence of parental disapproval.
