If he enjoys it then thats cool. Hard to tell if he's enjoying it from the video but often toddlers look very serious when they are enjoying something intense.

I would think that if he did not like it, he would fight to not get on.
I guess you could call hanging on for dear life...fun...I'm impressed with the small child...but not really with his parents.
