My daughter Jovie's 1 year checkup yesterday.... 23 LBS and 30.5 inches.... healthy and happy baby! Amazing it's been one year already.... where the heck does the time go?!!?
First week of daycare is over for my toddler. I am completely amazed by how well its gone - no tears, no complaints, she can't wait to go there when she wakes up in the morning and doesn't want to leave when I pick her up. She is making friends and becoming very outgoing. Just not the same child that she was a month ago!!
I'm going to start a thread with the title, "Is it true that if you breastfeed until your child is four that he or she will never need vaccinations or spanking?"

She is so adorable. I love that stage with pudgy thighs and face. I haven't even touched a baby since my 12 year olds. I have to hold myself back when I see babies in public. I'm like the crazy lady who wants to rush up and kiss and fawn all over kids in strollers and carriages. Anyone else feel that way if it has been awhile since you held a baby?
