@Shandy249

My i suggest you keep a journal of her behaviors and day by day activities and observations. Just write down what you see everyday. This will be helpful to any specialist.

Im not going to play armchair QB, there is enough of that so far. I will say this in hope it makes you feel better? When the Omen came out, my mother started parting my hair with her fingers all the time when i was a kid. Id ask mom whatcha doing? She said "im looking for the 666" though i wasn't as extreme as smearing poop etc at that age or younger. I was extreme in other areas, it wasn't to get attention or to be bad, for me, i was very independent and had no appropriate fear. I was the kid who climbed between balconies on 20+ story highrises, learned how to surf and swim by going out into the ocean alone (had to be saved three times by lifeguards) etc etc. Well i wantted to tell you i turned out fine when i became an adult. Now im the opposite of what i was as a kid. Not afraid of ghosts lol but afraid of highs lol.

UPDATE:
So the dr has been seen and she is playing happily right now in her room after lunch. It went well and I must say I was surprised that they believe (not diagnosed yet officially) she is bipolar. They say since this behavior will come and go and isn't a constant that they believe she does these things in a manic state. They say it isn't exactly common for a child of her age it seems she is one that suffers from it and thankfully with medication and therapy she will lead a normal life. She could possibly grow out of it bit that is unlikely. Change of diet is not a bad idea and she will certainly be on medication we just need to find the ones that work. They spoke to her for a long while and surprisingly me alone and even her older sister. They were so kind, supportive and helpful and never made me feel like she was crazy which just put my mind at ease. I truly hope they are correct but I do feel these are the people I wish to work with. I am happy to have an answer even though as I was told there are a few more tests and we have another appointment set up for Thursday. I can now have some better understanding of what's going on with my daughter.

Shandy, I'm glad the consult went well, but please get a second opinion before allowing your daughter to be labeled by a life-long diagnosis.

I have an appointment Thursday for a second opinion. A second opinion was actually recommended by the dr we saw today and that is why I said they believe and not officially diagnosed yet. But thank and I agree with you.

I am glad someone saw her. I agree that a second opinion will be valuable. These things are very difficult to diagnose in a young child. Hopefully, the medication and therapies will really help.

I'm so glad you have a glimpse at an answer.

Please remember that consistent discipline will be key. She and the rest of your family will need to learn to live with her diagnosis. Life will continue pretty normally just knowing there may need to be a few changes along the way. There will be things you need to ignore, others you need to encourage and still others that will need to be stopped.

Please keep us posted on her second opinion.

I've read most of the posts on here and I'm so glad you're finding drs that you feel confident with. Also, glad to hear you're a faith based family. Keep on your healthy path for the whole family there will be the balance and peace.
