im 18 years old and my mom keeps going through my things. can she do this ? she wont tell me why or what shes looking for! can she do this???

If you have a lease drawn up for leasing your room in their house then no they can't.

Sounds like its time to get 2 friends and rent a 3br place of your own.. 3 guys paying the bills you can do it.

I would go the other way.......buy a big bag of oregano and put it in a zip lock bag (imitation weed), buy a pile of nudie magazines, condoms and put it all in places you mom will look. I suspect she will get embarrassed and stop looking!

Then MOVE OUT!

Uh, NOT! We had this situation with my oldest when he was living at home. Embarrassed was not the word, and if anything I continued to look
