Slippery slope my friend. And the whole gambling on the internet when there's no where else sounds a little desperate. Have you ever considered the fact that she only tells you when she wins. I've known people like this they brag about winning $$$ but neglect to talk about how much they lost in the process. Even with the winnings very few are coming out ahead.
certain states and casinos have different laws and regulations. Some don't even check for IDs when you walk into a casino, like Vegas and other states.
OP: Your daughter is an adult, you can only guide her but don't tell her anything. I would say this to her "You're now an adult and I expect great things of my daughter. I trust that you know what you're doing with your life."
Thanks for letting me know! I just figured it was the same everywhere.

I agree with the bolded sentence.
She may happily tell you tonight that she won $600, but neglect to tell you that last night she lost $2,000 and Sunday night lost $800.
I am sure your daughter is a compulsive gambler. I am sorry but there is NOTHING you can do. You can't tell people what to do. Your daughter will get help when she wants to stop and only then you can help her. There is NOTHING you can do.
What you can do is STOP enabling your daughter. Give her ZERO $$$. I repeat, give her ZERO $$$. If she lives in your house, tell her to move out if she continues to gamble. I know you won't do it but that is what you need to do. Buy a book about codependency and read. If you worry too much, even as a parent, you may be a codependent. If you don't buy the book, at least google about codependency and gambling/drug/alcoholism.
