I would "Do" (Pre-Order) flowers for Easter, For my (Mom), Dad, Sisters, My Dad would stop pick them up on way to church, Since most easters I would not fly up from ATL to New Hamphire.

Did Mothers Day Corsage, and Later for my Sisters (Since her DH, was clueless to do it for there kids),

My Other Sister her DH, would have me include one from their from her Sons, in my order.

All the Kids are older now so I don't do that anymore, (my mom passed few years ago).

But I do remind my one nephew that mothers day is coming up and he needs to do something. (the nephew of the Clueless DH).

It was 40 years ago. It stopped. Thankfully we're all more enlightened now.

Hmmm. My idea of a great Mother's Day is sleeping in and hanging out in my PJs all day. I'd look pretty silly wearing a brooch.

I agree. I know that some churches still did it within the last ten years,
