Yeah I wonder where she is.

Babysitting has been going pretty well (apart from on the 2nd day when I lost her and my own kid...)- I'm teaching her how to cook as her mum doesn't like cooking so doesn't really get to learn it at home

My kid just started gymnastics. First activity where the parents don't stay with the kids. I was so worried she'd cry after I left as she clung to me when she found out I can't stay but I waited outside the door and she was fine. She won't tell me what they did though!

Kind of weird parents don't stay. Could they stay if they wanted?

I think it's a cultural thing. Outside of the west parents seem to hover less over their kids. Or you know, maybe this is just the gyms policy :X.

Don't they have a window in the waiting room where you can watch? Gymnastics here always did because it's too short a time to go anywhere. We used to be able to see what the kids did.

I think I'll ask next week if I can stay cos I'm interested to watch. I came back in 5 minutes before it ended and they were having circle time and was so proud to see her joining in with the discussion. There's no windows or anything to watch through. I only live a couple of minutes down the road so I went home after waiting a while in case she started crying.
