Can anyone recommend a really good psychologist for a female teen with anxiety?? She's had a couple of poor experiences with counselors and isn't really excited to try more. Hoping to get recommendation from someone with personal experience with psychologist. Cary/Apex/Morrisville

I cant help but looking at www.psychologytoday.com can be helpful. They have a provider finder that I have found helpful. After narrowing down, having a intro session so you can see if they might be a good fit is a good way to go about it. Good luck.
