NEW YORK (AP) — It takes a certain something to be a good storyteller: enthusiasm, timing and a flair for the dramatic. Performers at a children's story hour at a New York City library have all that and then some — they're drag queens.
Okay, so why is this a story and why is this posted here? It boils down to people volunteering to tell stories at a library. Does the fact that they are drag queens really have anything to do with their public service? Good for a group of people volunteering to read to children. We need more of that nowadays.

I think the kids would love it! I don't have a problem with my grandkids finding out that not all people are the same.
Oh, I am sure your grand kids will have no trouble learning that. Think it over though what you are saying.
I would pass myself, my kids and grandkids if given that special opportunity. While not all people are the same, there is just a point where celebrating differences needs to tempered with commonsense.
Shakespeare's plays were all done in drag. I guess people have been doing this stuff since the beginning of time. It's not harmful to children in any way.
