My children haven't eaten those particular dishes, but they've safely eaten chinese food since they were about 1.

I would bet that billions of 3 year old Chinese kids have grown up on Chinese food.

The only thing I would be careful about would be the size of the walnuts. Large nuts can be a choking Hazzard for really young children. If the nuts are chopped fine enough to swallow whole, then don't worry about it.
