CPS was called because a 15 year old said at school she likes to feel orgasms. CPS told the girl sex is for adults and want her to think about what she wants to be in the future.
That is strange that CPS would be called about that. Is there more to the story than just this comment made by the girl, though? Teenagers do talk about sex, even discuss it at school. When I was in high school, nobody would have called CPS for that.
A sad testament to the failure and decline of a society...Whatever happened to the councilors they used to have in high schools?
Who would ever call CPS for something like that??...very saaaad!
If the girl said she "likes to feel orgasms", she's likely having sex as well.
Telling her sex is for adults is useless.....it would have been a good time though to discuss birth control with her and perhaps the repercussions of having indiscriminate sex with multiple partners.
Once again the system has proved a failure...and has only assured that this young woman will be a lot more secretive about her true feelings.

Part of it no doubt is the mass hysteria that anyone under 18 who knows anything about sex is being molested. Look, at points, I agree, but when porn is readily available on the internet by clicking "I am 18".. Molestation is not where my mind immediately goes.. ESPECIALLY for someone over the age of 10.
OP doesn't mention the state where this happened, but I read something the other day that Oregon, I believe it is, REQUIRES this now.
I can't find the article, and I'm not sure it was Oregon, but some state.. Hopefully someone can help out on this.. If a teacher hears a student say that they are having sex, since the Age of Consent in Oregon (I'm throwing Oregon under the bus here, if i'm wrong about the state, just sub in that name everywhere) is 18 and there are NO Romeo and Juliet laws.. The school system, under mandatory reporting requirements, is attempting to cover their ass.
OK.. Yep.. It is Oregon.. So, they deserve to be run over by the bus.
Now.. I disagree with you that the counselor or whoever should be the one discussing safe sex with the student.. I do agree with you that it makes sense.. But, I also somewhat understand parents that don't want schools teaching 'their' values to kids.
The funny thing here is.. This is Oregon.. I mean, it's something of a bastion of liberalism out there and they have an AoC of 18 and no Romeo and Juliet laws. Even the bible belt has adapted.. Some of the deep south may still have an AoC of 18, but they make allowances for kids having sex with other kids.
... or she could just be masturbating. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Maybe that is what she was doing in class, and when the teacher inquired, she said "I like to feel orgasms. Upon further discussion with a counselor, the counselor may have learned something that necessitated a call to CPS, incest, as well as, boyfriends of mom hanging around, even mom herself these days..............
