You need to find out what foods she has been exposed to. Much has changed since you were raising kids. I’m not sure I would consider a popsicle a choking hazard (it will melt relatively quickly at body temp so not the risk of a grape) but that many ingredients of even a healthy popsicle could be inappropriate at her age depending on what her parents are doing. Frozen fruit in the mesh bags was something I did. I made my own popsicles but they were older then.

I teethed on frozen green pepper strips. At 4-5 months old. And had Kahlua rubbed on my gums because Orajel didn't work, I'm still alive, just saying...

And there's this. I really hope grandma doesn't think we're just being critical. Things change. There are teeny kids out there having to get their baby teeth capped because of "bottle tooth decay". Teeth swimming in sugary drinks, including natural juices.
