I searched multiple hours for Parent Adoption Plan template that doesn't mention name adoption because I with my wife want to adopt her brothers girl twins, he is completly okay with it and his now ex-wife is somewhat aswell.... we are searching specifically for it because the twin real mother is in relationship with another man and thanks to him it's really difficult now.
We want to adopt the twins because parents don't care about them. Both of them live in our house for 2 months now and really want that we are their real parents.
