I can't remember NOT showering. We lived 2 houses away from the beach and were always covered in sand when we were little, so showers were best. Once a week or so we probably took a bath, but showers were more often, especially in summer. Started using deodorant at about 10, just because my 12 yo sister used it.

Before junior high for daily showering and deodorant, maybe fifth but more likely sixth grade.

"Before junior high" because I recall well in seventh grade when the home economics teacher distinctly asking how many in the room bathed daily and adding, "some of you need to start" or words to that effect (my school required all seventh graders take home economics, shop and art ... the only classes that did not follow a semester schedule but rather each was daily for 1/3 of the school year). My seventh grade gym teacher was less subtle.

I don't remember. Maybe 13-14 or so?

My kids have always bathed or showered daily.

My oldest started using deodorant when she started having body odor. I think she was in 5th grade (10 or 11).

My middle doesn't use deodorant yet. She'll be 13 in July. She's not stinky though, despite being pretty active.

In upper elementary school, I showered once a week. When I got to what was then called junior high school, in 7th grade, I upped it to twice a week. When I entered high school, it went up to three times a week. And when I got to college, I did four times a week. It was only when I entered the work force, after college, that I started showering daily. And then I wonder why I had such a hard time getting a girlfriend back then.

I don't recall when I started using deodorant, but I think it was in high school.

As a very active outdoors boy I probably had to take a bath every night.

I started showering daily and using deodorant at around the age of 12, IIRC.

The house I grew up in only had a bath, no shower. There were 8 people in the house and one bathroom. You had about 2 to 3 minutes of bathroom time in the morning and then someone would be pounding on the door. I still get cleaned up in the morning very quickly and don't shower every day. I do take a shower at least once a week. I wash my hair in the bathroom sink as needed. If I work out side and get dirty, I'll shower.

Never used a deodorant until 25 when I need to wear a suit regularly for work.

When I had my first girlfriend, that was 6th grade, so I must have been 10 or 11, I started using deodorant and showered every other day. With 9 of us kids and only 1 full bathroom it was a scheduling problem. In High School we had to shower every day after PE so that helped. I remember starting to shave in 8th, so 12 or 13.

I started showering at 6. Dad taught me the importance of hygiene. His words: When you smell good, you feel good. Once I got into athletics, I stepped up my hygiene 100fold because after practice or post-game, I didn't want to go home smelling funky so I took a shower and went about my business.
