The college search will start around 10th grade. The way things sound right now, your wife would be a prime candidate for being another Lori Loughlin. You and your wife need to get your priorities straight before the college search starts. And the number 1 priority is NOT about picking the college that gives your wife an ego boost.
It IS about your son finding the place that best fits HIM and what he wants to study. If y'all don't get this part straight, you will be having far worse issues than how to pay for college.
