2) being she’s 18 & he’s 17, are there any legal repercussions here?

Girlfriend lives over an hr away so I think it’s not so much about them having sex but her driving home far late @ night.

Thoughts?
It is not going to happen at my house or property until they are married.

In an emergency, maybe. Like a tornado or earthquake. :-)
Why do people have to be married? 25 is plenty old. .

Marriage isn't that important anymore.. I know plenty of couples who never married and have children together. They are perfectly fine.

I am not sure what the question is. Legal repercussions?
There is no sin in staying at anyone's house. Absolutely none so I see no question here. That is clear

I would have her stay on the couch though. Not in a private room.
Certainly Allow your son to see his girlfriend unless you truly have a compelling reason why she is so rotten she cannot stay in your home. It's your sons home too. Blessings

Yes, please look up the law in your county. That stuff varies so much. And for sure seperate rooms. If you don't stay up all night I would be quite concerned teens will be sneaky teens. Maybe a motel more ideal but I don't know your $. Good luck w that.
