My belly wasn't too bad, but I was was in my early 20's. Maybe that helped. My hair did fall out after both kids. It really scared me at first. I though I was going to go bald! I didn't! It wasn't even noticable to other people.
My hips are wider now, but I think I have a better, more womanly figure than I did before kids. You may go back to the same weight, but your body will be different (not bad, just different) than before the pregnancy.
I gained 50#'s with my son and don't have any stretch marks(13 years ago). I was able to lose the weight in less than 3 months without any sagging either.
As for my hair, it was noticeably thicker while I was pregnant and just thinned back to normal afterwards.
I didn't get saggy skin and I still have all of my hair. Pre-existing varicose veins got a little worse. A few extra pounds that at this point are due more to my lack of discipline and motivation. I'm pregnant now with my second and am confident that I'll bounce back pretty well after she is born.
I never noticed that my hair fell out. My tummy, however, is not what it used to be. (It's been 21 months since I gave birth.) I still have stretch marks and I have a little tummy pouch I never used to have. I think my bikini days are over. My sister-in-law just gave birth 3 months ago and already has her flat little six pack tummy back. I hate people like that.
My bra size (not cup size) increased due to first baby's breech position (her head in my rib cage) and second baby's size (his butt up my rib cage).
My shoe size increased. OB says it's normal as fluids retained during pregnancy gets in between cartiledge areas of toes and expands feet, but does not return back to original size even with water retention going away.
Tummy skin is loose, some stretch marks but not much. More noticeable is loss of sensation along the lines of the incision after two C-sections.
Weight gain was only 25 # each pregnancy, all lost within 3 weeks of delivery.
Nice mommies on this forum. Thank you for answering my silly questions.
