Today I got my 2-year old son's allergy test results back. He is basically allergic to everything he loves to eat. We knew about the milk allergy already but the rest was a huge surprise (highly reactive to almonds, wheat, gluten, oat, pea, soy.. the list is LONG). He has a moderate to high reaction to 17 foods tested. Anyway, could anyone direct me to a site or community where I could get some ideas and answers? Thank you in advance, your help is greatly appreciated.

Here's a resource: Food Allergy Network.

If your son avoids eating the foods to which he is allergic, it helps his immune system and he may outgrow some of the food allergies. My daughter outgrew her dairy allergy. Now we are hoping she will outgrow her egg allergy. Her nut allergy may persist (that is the one least likely to be outgrown, only a 50% chance and dangerous to do food challenges with that one), but we try to remain optimistic about that one, too.
