Well, didn't you know it would be stifling their independence to reign them in? How could a child possibly blossom to their full potential if they are made to behave??

LOL, I agree with you ! ! !

I agree. I was in a fashion store and a mother of 3 comes in. Her children dart in different directions and start hiding in the racks of clothing. I do have memories of doing this but my mother put a quick stop to it. This gal just kept on shopping. The youngest child was in a stroller. This little GIRL was in nothing but a diaper. When she decided to get out and join her siblings I noticed she kept sticking her hands down the back of her diaper then touching the clothing Grossed me out. I had to leave with my little one who sat in his stroller that whole time. Go figure. I know I am strict but come on a little control would be nice.

How about children please control your parents and make sure they don't give you sugary cola drinks, candy, don't forget your nap times and that 11:00 on a school night is TOO late to be at Wallly World! Adn that discipline can be your firiend and theirs too! And everyone around you!

its a permissive society.
the entire concept of discipline and punishment is up for grabs. we will pay a price for this turn in the road. life is far more cruel in its punishment than the
palm of a parent.

Adults! Please control yourself!
Stop smocking in public, drinking and cursing in public, yelling in public and teaching my child all sorts of horrible things!
Wow!
I feel better now.
