SALEM, Ore. - A father was accused of using a dog shock collar on his four children. Salem Police Lt. Dave Okada said the 41-year-old man was jailed Tuesday on charges of criminal mistreatment. He said the father acknowledged putting the electronic dog collar on his four children and shocking all of them at least once.

He thought it was funny...I wonder how "funny" he would find it if someone were to repeatedly taser his @ss.......

This guy is just a sicko... thought it was funny... somebody needs to smack him, or at the very least slap the collar on him and press the button a few times and laugh.

Now on the other hand, if I were to bring one home for the family mutt, the kids would be horrified and have a conniption if we were to use it on the dog, but I would lay even money before the week was out they would have used it on each other "just to see". One of the prime reasons those things are not allowed in my house.
