It is really strange how in the last month or so this is the second post I have seen about a stranger taking matters into their own hands in public. You gotta know when you go out in public someone or something could possibly annoy you, yet you can't restrain yourself enough to just go about your business. No wonder today's kids don't know self control if adults don't either.
Of course you have to take into account that this story is pretty vague, still if it happened it was inexcuseable, I like granny sue would not be happy.

Role modeling. I have been reading a book called Positive Discipline which discusses why kids no longer sit nicely at their desks in schools. The author says that they no longer have the submissive mother as their role model. Of course, the author doesn't think this role model is a good thing but just something to think about.
Yeah I don't think either side is telling the whole story there, or maybe not the true story at all.. seems a bit fishy to me that any mother would just sit back and let another lady physically take her child and spank them. Something ain't right.
