I stopped using Tylenol a long time back and went to ibuprofen. The acetaminophen caused me to worry about possible liver damage. Though I'm sure that there are health risks using ibuprofen as well.

All drugs have pros and cons. If you take any OTC medication according to the dosage info and guidance they are generally safe.
One thing to say about ibuprofen is they should be taken with or after food, never on an empty stomach as they can cause stomach problems.
