Woman Arrested One Day After Video Recorded.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Hidden-camera video of a babysitter slapping an 11-month-old child, throwing things and handling the boy violently was evidence enough for police to charge the 53-year-old woman with battery on a child.

Stay home and take care of your own kids. Forget the 45" TV and the brand new cars and the Ethan Allen furniture and the trips to the mall and the manicures.

Take care of your own kids.

I agree with PP, the only way to ensure no abuse to your child, is to stay with your child yourself!!

It's a very frightening thing to watch, and these days it seems even the most trustworthy people are often proved to be untrustworthy.
The women is clearly a very sick individual. Thank god the baby is okay.

Bizzare.
Here we have a video that shows a woman out of control and abusing a child and the discussion is about whether parents should stay home or use a sitter.

Agreed.

You can find just as many news stories that detail abuse done to kids by their own parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, best friends and on and on and on.

No one ever truly knows what another is capable of doing. Not even their own spouse. It's certainly isn't just strangers.

100% agree....this is just a video of a total crazy ***** hitting an innocent 11 month old..who does that..throw the book at this one...

Why do people always start a working non working debate, start your own thread about that.

I can't believe that baby isn't broken. It makes me sick that someone would do that to a little baby.
