I am searching for different counties away from Allegheny county to enjoy country life with reasonable driving distance to areas for work. I googled directions from Enon Valley Pa to Cranberry Township Pa and it is only a 40 min commute. It takes us about 30 mins from Lincoln Place/West Mifflin to Greentree due to traffic every day, so I am sure going to work in Cranberry township would not be so bad.

Check out Mount Jackson in Lawrence Co. You can be on 376 (formerly Rt 60) quickly from there and it's a quiet rural area.

Thank you very much, I will check that out too. My husband and I will take some different weekends and do a nice joy rides to some towns to drive around and see what they are like so we can decide then
