I believe there are a few "flippers" here in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Hazleton area who are buying rundown homes in the cities, renovating them, and then selling them for a profit. I've been watching a few companies in particular purchasing quite a few single-family and multi-family dwellings in the property transfers of the local newspapers and then selling them at a higher price in a few months to new residents. I believe one of them is based out of NJ.

Default Need a Flip?

Hello there fluttery00,

What are you in need of ? Perhaps I can be of service.

Do you have a house for sale ?
Are you selling a "below market value" property ?
Do you need to move quickly ?
Are you a "Wholesale Investor" ?

Just let me know & I'll be glad to respond.

I doubt you will find any "house flippers" these days with the very slow slow real estate market. Good luck in your search. I think most "house flippers" now are working at Home Depot.
