Is it more of just a business community? We are looking to purchase a home around 400k. If Horsham isn't that nice, is there a city within 10 miles that is?

horsham does have some decent homes in it but the willow grove air force base is real close so that can be annoying, though it's supposed to close, when who knows. North wales and lansdale have some nice newer developments as does warrington and they are very close by. i own a home in north wales and my girlfriend lives in north wales also. [cut]
