Considering a move out of NJ into PA while maintaining my job in Trenton. How would you characterize the communities in the area I describe above? Places like Quakertown, etc. General comments appreciated. Thanks!

quakertown, doylestown, newtown, yardley, are very nice areas, best prices for homes will be in quakertown. Quakertown is a bit more rural setting a little more redneckish. the other areas are very nice.

Default Quakertown

I agree Quakertown has affordable housing for Bucks COunty. You can get some great historic homes in the borough for good prices or a new home in one of the Richland Township developments. The downtown is going through a bit of a renewal so if you live in town you can actually walk to some resturants and stores.... that's nice. School district is good and youth sports are HUGE.
