So, my 3 ideas are:

1) Going to Ohiopyle State Park.
2) Going to Rickett's Glen State Park.
3) Going to Hawk Mountain Park and then going a little bit norther to Jim Thorpe and visit also Lehigh Gorge State Park
Hawk Mountain is right on the Appalachian Trail so, to me, that would be the best destination for a 4-day backpacking trip.

Ricketts Glen is very scenic, but it's more of a day trip destination. I don't think it connects with trails where you could spend 4 days backpacking. Ohiopyle is far from Philadelphia, a 4.5 hour drive at least.

Ah, and finishing... but not less important... HOW would you go from Philadelphia to those destinations I've mentioned? The best option would be buses? Are there trains the also could help me??
None of these locations are served by public transit. You would need to rent a car or join others in a car. The only backpacking location I can think of that you can easily reach by bus is Delaware Water Gap, which is also right on the Appalachian Trail.

If you are interested in the Appalachian Trail and need transportation there, you may want to contact someone at the Appalachian Trail Conservancy or one of the local Appalachian Trail clubs to see what the options are.
