I am relocating to PA from NY . I need to know where I can move to where it is at least close to my criteria or similar to my standards. I want a place to live where there is a good school district for my children and quiet area (maybe) . Maybe someone can give me a list? Or an area with some information about
it?

I am relocating to PA from NY . I need to know where I can move to where it is at least close to my criteria or similar to my standards.
