Hi, just wondering if anyone has heard of Mt. Wolff - North of York? We're considering a possible move there but we're wondering if it's a nice safe area? ...and how far to the malls and major grocery stores? Although I do hear that York isn't so nice - is that where the shopping malls are and where the majority of everything is? Do you have to always pass through bad areas to get to these places?...and also how far is it from York?

Mt. Wolf is a great little community, I'm planning on looking for houses there very soon myself (currently live in South York). There is not much business in the town itself, it is an old, neat, quiet town of around 1500. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away in Manchester, along w/ a whole slew of stores/malls/restaurants 15 minutes away on the eastern side of York (do not have to go through York to get there). Mt. Wolf feels very rural for being so close to a lot (including I-83).
