I hope that I have this in the right forum. If not, please let me know.

I'm half Puerto Rican and would love to have a good PR meal next time I'm in Reading. We are there about 4 times a year, staying in a hotel in town. I've done some research and came up with 3 Puerto Rican restaurants in Reading:

Old San Juan Cafe
El Bohio
Yoly's Puerto Rican Cuisine

I've only been able to find addresses and phone numbers when googling. Does anyone know anything about any of these restaurants? Particularly, do you recommend one over the other? Are they all sit-down places with waiter service? Can any accomodate a party of 7? Lastly, what's the parking situation like?

Thank you for any info. I live in the DC Metro area where there are no PR restaurants. Thus, it would really be nice to be able to go to a restaurant and have someone else do the cooking for a change LOL!

Reading has a real dearth of good restaurants. If you check any of them out and like them let us know.

While Philly-area sprawl is creeping up on Reading, it's still not quite considered part of the metro. So I'm moving this thread from the Philly forum to the general PA forum.
