Hi All,

I am from Pakistan.

I have got a job in Newtown, PA 18940. I would like to know the monthly living expense (Rent either house/apartment possibly in ZIP-18940 (suggestion welcome), Phone, Cable, Internet, Electricity, Travel, Food) for a family of four (myself, my wife, my 2 years old boy and my 1 year baby girl).

Will it be a Good idea to go Newtown, PA with 2 small kids. My wife is a MBA and my family will move with me on H4 visa and off-course I will be on H1-B. Initially, I will be the one doing a job but my wife will also look for a job and she will apply for H1-B. This is possible case right?

Appreciate greatly if you also let me know the tax rules on H1-B. [My monthly paycheck will be fall in range between $4k to $4.5. Will I be able to save few penny. ]

Also, I heard that house/apartment rents are high in Newtown, PA. So, is this good to move closer then Newtown PA, somewhere in Levittown, PA OR Morrisville, PA?

Is there bus facility available in Levittown, PA OR Morrisville, PA to move towards Newtown, PA on daily bases?
------------------------------------------------------------
I will be great if anyone can fill the following list for me:

Sample Monthly Expenses:
- Apartment Rent(One or two bedroom): $?? - $??
- Electricity: ??
- Home Telephone: ??
- Cell Phone: ??
- Cable TV: ??
- Internet(High speed or Cable): ??
- Food & Grocery: ??
- Apartment Rental Insurance: ??
- Bus Rent monthy: ??
-------------------------------------------------------------

- The houses/apartments on rent are completely furnished?
- The houses/apartments on rent includes water/Heat Bills?
- The public schools are free in Newtown, PA up-to which standard?
- When I will be paying fees of my kids education on which level?
- For example I am getting salary of $4,500 a month will I be able to survive? and How much tax on H1-B I will be paying for $4,500?

Please reply. Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,
Abdul
