Hey guys, I value all of your help and info. I am looking to invest in a multi-unit property, probably a duplex in PA. I think it would be a nice vehicle for some extra income. Coming from NY everything here is for the most part very expensive! I was wondering if I can find any decent move in ready properties for $30,000-70,000 range. Preferably eastern PA closer to NY, But I think it is more expensive. I am open to all posibilities in PA. I would like rents 500-1000 a month. Also in a pretty nice area if possible, not really a declining dangerous area. Yet I know low income areas do have more income producing properties. So what do you guys think? Any areas come into mind ??Thanks a lot!!
