My spouse is getting ready to retire from the military. I am considering finishing my teaching degree at either Edinboro or Clarion. I am about halfway... I have older teenage children who would be moving home with me ahead of my spouse. I wanted to know which University / area is better? I grew up around Edinboro and still have family in that area however being right near them may get old but could be useful too til my spouse joins us... Clarion seems like a nice small town but I wonder if its too far.. Edinboro may be too close to the hustle and bustle though too. Edinboro is within a quick drive to religious places... Clarion my religious place of worship would be a bit of a drive..

I like the program better at Clarion. Edinboro I believe is cheaper though.
They are requiring a bit more classes than Clarion though...
I want a safe, low cost of living area with easy laid back people. A walmart, foodstore and maybe a theater would be nice. A gym to workout at too...

Which is the better choice? or any advice.

Thanks.

Both should be roughly the same cost. Clarion is well regarded both for its Education program and Business Administration.

Clarion University of PA, 1977. BS Social Studies.
