Hi everyone,

Because of a difference of opinion with the moderators I've decided to not post here anymore. To all those regular users who gave me positive responses to my posts (about three dozen), thank you. Unfortunately two people with admin powers have made life difficult for me here and I'm tired of arguing with them.

In case anyone is curious, here's what has not been deleted from this forum, despite being waaay off-topic:

1.) A long thread on the NC page that's almost exclusively about California, and includes many racist posts.

2.) Bickering in the Florida forum about what the Bible says about gays.

Here's what has been deleted from this forum: Anything critical of the moderators.

As a moderator on other boards I know the keys to doing that job well are consistency and transparency. Neither principle is followed here. Rather than being moved to an apporporiate area, like "About the Forum," posts are completely erased from the record without explanation.

To anyone else where who's been harassed by the moderators or admins, I think Scranton's name was mentioned, please know that their behavior is neither appropriate nor typical of moderators in general. I recommend you take your valuable input to a place where more latitude is given to free discussion.

So anyway, this has been fun but it's not worth the aggrevation. Hopefully a few people read this before this gets deleted too.
