I need suggestions on a nice restaurant where friends can sit for a few hours and catch up. Food needs to be very good, and it has been a while since I have eaten in the area. I am very familiar with the Iron Hill Brewery in Delaware, and was wondering if the food is as good in their Media restaurant. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I've eaten at the Media Iron Hill and the food was excellent. Brodeurs is across the street, a little more upscale, but not overly formal. The Townhouse restaurant is also recommended. There is a Kildares Irish Pub up near the Granite Run mall.

Thanks rainrock. I am leaning toward Iron Hill just because I already know that they have good food and usually don't mind people lingering over dinner. I haven't been to the Towne House in years but always enjoyed it. Tell me about Brodeurs and the type of food they serve.

There is a John Harvards on Baltimore Pike in Springfield. Good food and they never rush us to get out of there.

I was in Media yesterday. My friend and I made a trip to visit the Trader Joe's. We had lunch at the Asian noodle restaurant just a few doors down on State Street. A restaurant that looked interesting was Quotations across the street. Here is a good review of it Quotations - Media, PA Brewery/BrewPub/Beer Bar Reviews
