That's a very elitist thing to say. How do you know what exists in the universe, and what doesn't? Do you have special, inside information, or just guessing we all came from nothing? Also, Pennsylvania's strength is its great diversity between urban, and rural. We are proud to be different from the rest of the Northeast.

I am not looking for a single family home , just a nice area to live in w a good community of friends and churches also.
Any help would be wonderful.

Thanks
Decent paying jobs are hard to come by in many parts of the state, especially NEPA. You might find yourself taking a pretty big pay cut.

I can't speak to condo communities but maybe Allentown/Easton/Bethlehem area?

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but I recommend Sayre, PA. Nice little town on the PA/NY border across from Elmira, NY. Live in Sayre, work in Elmira. I found Sayre very calming and peaceful when I lived there.
