Hi to all, im in the uk, my girlfriend lives in doylestown, normaly I get direct flights from manchester to philly but a couple of days ago managed to get some delta flights man/jfk for an amazing price,,,,so,,,,my plan is to get a bus to the port authority bus terminal then a transbridge line bus to doylestown. Transbridge pick up at jfk but my flight lands 2.35pm and the bus leaves 3.30pm, taking into account delays, getting through immigration and collecting bags, im not going to plan on getting that bus. My return flight leaves at 10.10pm and the last drop off by transbridge is 5.20pm so thats not conveniant either,,,so,anyway,,just wondered if anyone can give me a better option, maybe a train?although im pretty sure a train would involve going to philly first and then travelling back up to doylestown...any suggestions appreciated.
mike

There's a van service called Dave's Limousine that goes from the Philly suburbs to JFK, but I won't vouch for the quality of the service. You can probably find them online, as well as other providers that may exist.

Another bus line that you could take from Port Authority is the Bieber bus. Bieber Tours - Home I've taken it back and forth Hellertown-NYC. According to it's website it goes as far South as Quakertown and Philadelphia, but not Doylestown. It shares a stop with Transbridge in Hellertown but I don't know how the schedules mesh to see if you could go from one bus to the other to get to Doylestown. Quakertown is not too far from Doylestown.
