Hi Guys,
I am presently in the Fredericksburg, Va area and looking to move back to
Pa. Originally from the Valley Forge area but haven't kept up on the PA
scene for a while.. I was looking to maybe retire in the:
Harleysville, Franconia, Collegeville area, any suggestions. Good or Bad Points
on these area..Thanks for any help you can give..

PA is a great State for retirement.

great time to do it! the market is a buyers market. and the areas you are talking about in montco have good property taxes for pa.

no other state has more retirees per capita then PA except for FL.

im retired too. i do not need to be near the job base. i do need to be near medical care aaaand groceries. also- i want cell phone reception, DSL, and low costs. as well as QUIET
