That is your opinion, there is lot of stupid laws but that doesn't mean we should have one person dictating what they are going to enforce. There is process to get rid of laws and that must be followed. The checks and balance process has already played out for the administration once it was signed.

Her authority to recuse is not opinion. She is obligated only to make the best decisions for the state, of which this is one. History will back me up on this. Honestly, I see no reasonable defense of the law.
It makes no difference what her personal opinion or legal opinion of the law is, her position in government dictates that she defend the laws of this state in court. That's her job and if she isn't going to do her job someone else will have too. It's not for her or Corbett to decide if the law is unconstitutional, that is what the courts are for.

Toxic Tom Corbett? He loves the natural gas and coal so I can see why Coalman is a big defender. He also loves to receive gifts and money from the aforementioned industries.

As far as this law goes there is nothing to defend, it's the job of the AG and she isn't going to take on the responsibilities of her office then else someone has too. There is no if's, and's or but's about it.

As far as the toxic comment what exactly are you referring too?

The gift's? Yes that certainly raises my eyebrows and I find it unacceptable but he's not the only one. Least he isn't going after the gas industry becsue they wouldn't give him super bowl tickets and anonymously attacking little old ladies online.

If everyone jumped off a bridge would you do it? Politicians need to be held to a higher stand and many others accepting gifts is not a valid excuse. Tom Corbett has earned the nickname "Toxic" with his extreme lack of regulation of the natural gas drilling industry.

I'd agree, politicins can get too cozy when the gifts are on the table or be vindictive when they aren't.

Specifically what are your concerns?

Governor do nothing. He is the worst I've seen so far in Pennsylvania. I would rather have Rendell back.

If you believe that government (a/k/a Big Brother) benefits you by "doing something", you are part of the problem!

I didn't ask you for links, if I want to read bunch of biased media crap I can find that on my own. I asked what are your specific concerns?

lol... 2 of those links don't even have anything to do with environmental concerns.

Thought you didn't want to read the links?
Here are two concerns:

1) Dirty natural gas
2) Dirty coal

Toxic Tom loves these two forms of energy and loves their money. He has also promised the "Shale Boom" would bring tons of jobs to PA, how is that going?
