I am currently in Tier 2 of EUC and my BYE date was June 1, 2013 (I have not worked during the year since my AB date). I am able to file biweekly claims, but there is a disclaimer that they are currently reviewing my initial claim. I am assuming I will not receive the rest of my Tier 2 EUC benefits until this review is over. Does anyone know how long the review typically takes?

I believe it is 2-4 weeks. At least in Illinois. My husband (we live in Illinois) was laid off in 2007 and out of work for 18 months.
Good Luck
