I have a few questions about Erie:
1. Erie appears to be highly Democratic, rather than Republican. Is it liberal socially, or just economically?
2. What is the business environment? It appears the square downtown is still pretty busy, with restaurants, stores, etc.
3. It appears real estate (houses) are pretty reasonably priced...even cheap. Is this a correct observation?
4. This one is pretty much asking for an opinion. I notice the area is pretty free of used bookstores. Do you think one in downtown would do well? How about one closer to Presque Isle.

1. Dont know
2. Extremely busy area. Lots of shopping. People travel from areas farther away for the variety of stores.
3. Observation is correct
4. Might be worth the try!
